Imphal: Three militants belonging to two proscribed outfits have been arrested from Manipur's Thoubal and Imphal West districts, police said on Monday.Thokchom Bango Singh (44), a self-styled captain of the People's Liberation Army, was arrested on Saturday with a pistol and 97 bullets, an official said.On the other hand, two active cadres of KCP (PSC) were apprehended from Thoubal and Imphal West districts.
