The 2026 BET Awards are here.On Sunday, stars will make their way to the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles for “culture’s biggest night,” celebrating the best and brightest in Black entertainment.Cardi B leads the ceremony in nominations with six nods; she is also set to perform at the show. Kendrick Lamar, Mariah the Scientist, Doechii, Doja Cat and Latto are all up for multiple awards.Comedian Druski is hosting the show, and MC Lyte returns as the announcer.Queen Latifah, Ari Lennox, Doechii, Don Toliver, French Montana & Max B, Jill Scott, Kehlani, Tems, T.I. and Kwn are also performing.Several special awards will be handed out at the ceremony. Lauryn Hill is receiving the Living Legend Icon Award. Teyana Taylor will be the inaugural recipient of the Icon of the Year Award.
