The force said 'extensive efforts' by all emergency services were carried out after the woman went missing in the water just after 4.30pm.‌A police statement released tonight said: "Specialist teams from fire and rescue were deployed into the water, where they recovered the body.Article continues below"Sadly, nothing could be done to save her and she was confirmed deceased at the scene.
