Ashlyn is also listed solely on the title of that property.A sold sticker went up on the listing for the Dover Heights home, indicating a sale prior to auction, on February 26, with the price undisclosed. It was left to settlement to reveal the sale price and buyer’s identity.The Diamonds bought the mansion from Michelle Barel, a migration expert and founder of Direct Migration Experts, and project manager Michael Barel, who both inherited the property. The house last sold for $660,000 in 1991, records show.Larry Diamond co-founded Zip Co (formerly ZipMoney) with finance industry veteran Peter Gray in 2013 and was chief executive and its US chairman.
