African teams continue to make their mark at the FIFA 2026 World Cup, with six countries already securing places in the Round of 32 following the conclusion of the latest round of group-stage fixtures.
Africa has 10 representatives at the expanded tournament, and Ghana and Cape Verde became the latest teams to book their places in the knockout stage, joining Egypt, Morocco, South Africa and Ivory Coast.
