Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence has formally codified and approved the MAC OWL, or Sova, armoured vehicle for military service, marking the latest step in Paramount Group’s push into Ukraine’s fast-growing armoured vehicle market.

The project is being led through Paramount Industries Greece S.A., the European subsidiary of the Midrand-headquartered defence company founded by South African entrepreneur Ivor Ichikowitz.
