Police and family members are appealing to the public for information on the whereabouts of 26-year-old Simeone Fiauau Sauiluma, who has been missing since 23 June.
According to police investigations, Sauiluma, of Samusu, Aleipata, was last seen at the beach. Investigators believe he may have gone fishing before he disappeared. At the time, he was reportedly wearing only a lavalava.
A missing person's report was lodged at the Lalomanu Police Station, and police have since launched an investigation into his disappearance.
Despite ongoing efforts by his family to locate him, Sauiluma has not been found. His relatives remain hopeful for his safe return and are asking members of the public to come forward with any information that could assist in the search.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen Sauiluma or knows anything about his whereabouts to contact the Lalomanu Police Station or the nearest police station immediately. Authorities say any information, no matter how minor it may seem, could help bring him home safely.
