The main outcome of the latest session of the Ukraine-Poland Interparliamentary Assembly, which took place in Gdańsk, was a dialogue free of ultimatums and attempts to impose positions.

This was reported on television by Olena Kondratiuk, Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, according to Ukrinform.

She emphasized that the meeting took place on the eve of a major conference on Ukraine’s recovery and served as an important platform for dialogue between parliamentarians from both countries.

“We held, in my opinion, a very important meeting of our Ukraine-Poland Interparliamentary Assembly… In this format, the parliaments—the representative bodies of Ukraine and Poland—can hold such meetings twice a year. This was already the 15th session,” Kondratiuk noted.

According to her, the key outcome of the meeting was the renewed dialogue between Ukrainian and Polish parliamentarians, even amid challenging political conditions.
