Former Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Aminul Islam Bulbul has written to the International Cricket Council (ICC), urging it to suspend Bangladesh's full membership, freeze ICC funding and bar the country's national teams from all ICC tournaments until his elected board is reinstated.
Although the National Sports Council (NSC) dissolved the Aminul-led board in April, he has continued to maintain that he remains the BCB's legitimate president.
