MANILA, Philippines — The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) is on full alert as part of security measures for the “White Ribbon March” protest this coming Sunday, June 28.
In a statement, the NCRPO said the full alert status took effect at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 26.
“Preparations are reinforced through close coordination with the Quezon City Government, event organizers, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, emergency responders, and partner agencies under the agreed security arrangements in the Memorandum of Undertaking,” NCRPO said.
