Contemporary residences of epic proportions by Huntington Estate Properties, the Los Angeles-based developer founded by Ramtin Ray Nosrati, have dotted some of Southern California‘s most sought-after enclaves—from Brentwood to Hollywood—since 2009. Its latest creation in Beverly Hills falls in step with the firm’s signature flair for striking layouts and a strong emphasis on seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Named Opal, the six-bedroom mansion sits on nearly 1.4 gated acres, its natural wood-and-stone façade accented by espaliered greenery. Spanning roughly 19,100 square feet, it offers ten bathrooms and soaring ceilings reaching up to 24 feet. Key spaces include a double-height dining room, a primary suite with an espresso bar, and a temperature-controlled glass wine room. A 20-foot indoor tree serves as a central focal point, while two infinity pools and a rooftop pickleball court round out the amenities. Custom European furnishings are included in the sale.

Palm trees line the motor court, with room for up to a dozen vehicles.

“Opal is an incredibly rare and beautiful stone, and I felt the name perfectly captured the essence of this home,” Nosrati tells Robb Report. “The residence reveals different layers of beauty and emotion depending on how you experience it.”
