VIDEO: Stable construct with shoulder rotation after final implant placement

A 23-year-old woman presented to the ED after suffering multiple gunshot injuries to bilateral shoulders, abdomen and pelvis.One-view trauma radiographs of the right and left shoulders demonstrated a minimally displaced right proximal humerus fracture and left comminuted proximal humerus fracture with extension into the diaphysis.
