The celebrities were left sweating this week after London experienced its hottest June on record. However the work didn't stop for Ayda Field and Alex Jones who both had rather poorly timed festive shoots scheduled. The pair were left melting as they sported Christmas jumpers and winter coats despite the sweltering temperatures. Taking to Instagram, Ayda posed in a pale pink festive jumper with blue and white snowflakes and a long brown winter coat. Grimacing in the snap she penned: 'Nothing like shooting a Christmas movie during a summer heat wave.'Meanwhile Alex was left melting in a red and white thick argyle jumper as she wrote: 'Overheating much!' Molly Smith was dressed far more appropriately for the weather as she flaunted her incredible abs in a white sports bra and purple gym shorts. Despite the temperatures Molly looked workout ready as she added pink trainers to her look and carried a big bottle of electrolytes. Elsewhere Diana Vickers was trying everything to keep cool as she rested a bag of frozen spinach on top of her head. Flashing her abs in a sports bra she penned: 'Frozen spinach from Tesco in this heat Hallelujah.' On Thursday Amanda Holden lived up to her name as she made sure not to hold back while tipping a bucket of ice cold water over her co-host Jamie Theakston.And Jamie was treated to a cool down, courtesy of Amanda, during an on-air competition.
