MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has launched an investigation into erring taxi drivers who allegedly victimized two foreign models during their visit in the country, the agency said on Friday.
According to the LTFRB, the investigation will also include the operators of the taxis involved in the incident.
