Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko met with Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš on the sidelines of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdańsk, where they discussed, among other issues, the involvement of Czech businesses in Ukraine's reconstruction.
According to Ukrinform, Svyrydenko announced the meeting on Telegram.
"Today, I met with Czech Prime Minister Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš on the sidelines of URC 2026. We discussed Ukraine’s progress on the path toward EU membership and emphasized the importance of opening all remaining negotiating clusters as soon as possible," she said.
According to the Prime Minister, special attention was given to the participation of Czech businesses in Ukraine's reconstruction and the possibility of organizing a visit by Czech companies to launch new investment projects.
