At the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026), the Ukrainian delegation finalized agreements on the establishment of the Ukraine Transport Support Fund, with four countries already prepared to make the first contributions.
Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko announced the development on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“We have finalized agreements on the creation of the Ukraine Transport Support Fund. One of its key objectives is to restore infrastructure and accelerate Ukraine’s integration into the EU transport network,” Svyrydenko wrote.
The corresponding declaration was signed by Ukraine’s Ministry for Communities and Territories Development, Lithuania’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Estonia’s Ministry of Climate, and Sweden’s Ministry of Rural Affairs and Infrastructure.
The partners also announced their initial contributions. Lithuania, Sweden, and Norway will each provide approximately €1 million, while Estonia will contribute €100,000. The funds will be directed toward pilot projects identified by Ukraine.
