Authentic Brands Group (ABG) announced a new partnership with the global fashion apparel company One Jeanswear Group (OJG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Premier Brands Group Holdings, for Lee.
The long-term partnership allows ABG to leverage OJG's expertise in denim, sourcing, product development and wholesale distribution in the U.S. and Canada. The New York City-based company's leadership is certainly familiar with the brand. OJG CEO Chris Waldeck previously served as president and co-chief operating officer of Kontoor Brands and as Lee's EVP, co-chief operating officer, global brand president.
