Heather Braga: I never realized how important a humidifier was for a baby's room (or my room!) until I discovered how constantly congested my little ones seemed as newborns. It is also just great for creating moist air, especially during the winter when the heat is running high. The Vicks one is awesome because, as they get older, you can add Vicks VapoPads to really open their airways and help them breathe deeply when they're sick.
