A photo exhibition dedicated to the war in Ukraine has opened at the International Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026), held on June 25–26 in the Polish city of Gdańsk.

The exhibition features photographs by correspondents of the Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform and the Polish Press Agency PAP. In total, the exhibition titled “Ukraine in Focus” presents 20 images by Ukrainian and Polish photojournalists, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Among them, there are 12 photographs by Ukrinform photojournalists Dmytro Smolienko, Kyrylo Chubotin, Yevhen Kotenko, Volodymyr Tarasov, Ruslan Kaniuka, Viacheslav Madiievskyi, and Danylo Antoniuk.

The exhibition documents everyday life in Ukraine under wartime conditions and the scale of European support. The images show not only destruction and human suffering but also resilience and hope, as well as broad support coming from across Europe.
