Laser blended vision treatment improves visual acuity in presbyopia

A presbyopia-correcting laser treatment improved distance and near visual acuity, according to a study published in Journal of Refractive Surgery. Ricko Wai Leung Wong, MD, and colleagues wrote that Presbyond laser blended vision (Carl Zeiss Meditec) has shown growing evidence of success, but data from Australia and the Asia-Pacific region have been limited.
