Azara Healthcare Names Mary Lantin President and CEO to Lead Next Phase of Growth
Planned leadership transition accelerates expansion of Azara's population health and value-based care solutions across providers and health plans
Azara Healthcare, the four-time Best in KLAS provider of population health and value-based care solutions, today announced that Mary Lantin joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective June 15, 2026. Jeff Brandes, Azara’s founder and longtime President & CEO, assumed a full-time leadership role as Founder, Executive Advisor, and member of the Board of Directors. The planned transition reflects Azara’s strong momentum and positions the company to continue expanding its impact for providers and health plans serving underserved communities.
