The UAE has extended its visa-on-arrival programme to citizens of Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Kenya and South Africa.
Eligible travellers must hold a valid residence permit from approved countries, including the US, UK, EU member states and Australia.
Two visa options are available: a 14-day visa costing Dh100, extendable upon arrival, and a non-extendable 60-day visa costing Dh250.
The UAE is home to an estimated 660,000 Filipinos, one of the world's largest overseas Filipino communities.
