Some players at the tournament

The immediate past president of the Nigeria Squash Federation, Boye Oyerinde, has commended the improving standard of play at the ongoing fourth edition of the Prime Atlantic Squash Tournament in Lagos.

Oyerinde spoke on Wednesday during the second-round matches at the Teslim Balogun Stadium squash courts, describing the championship as a key platform for talent development.

The tournament, which began on June 22, will conclude on June 27, with players competing across various categories.

According to Oyerinde, the quality of matches and the performance of young players have improved significantly compared to previous editions.
