U.S. President Donald Trump is convinced that Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky, despite the difficult circumstances of the war, is "doing pretty well."
As Ukrinform's own correspondent reports, Trump said this on Wednesday during a meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte at the White House, answering questions from journalists.
The American president was asked whether he considered Zelensky a winner in the war, given that Trump, by his own words, likes winners.
"He's doing pretty well. He's holding his own, at least," Trump replied.
