“I can’t explain how we feel, it’s a fantastic experience, today was tough but we played a fantastic match,” he said.
The decisive moment came from Thapelo Maseko’s second-half strike, but Broos insisted the achievement was built on structure, discipline, and collective improvement across the tournament.
“We had chances and tactically I think we were good. We defended well and were dangerous in transition.”
