COTABATO CITY – Thousands of Bangsamoro stakeholders gathered in Binidayan, Lanao del Sur, on Thursday in support of the mass action in this city.
Supporters from various sectors in Lanao del Sur gathered for “A People’s Peace Rally” in Barangay Madaya, Binidayan town, to demonstrate their strong support for peace and unity in the Bangsamoro region.
Placards bearing messages such as “BBM, Appoint GPH Peace Panel Chair Now,” “Gising Bangsamoro,” “Honor the Agreement,” and “Complete the Promise of Peace” were seen in the crowd, reflecting calls for the continued implementation of peace commitments and agreements between the Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front.
