Work World – a Gart Capital Partners Portfolio Company – Appoints Robert Berezansky as Chief Financial Officer
Work World, the leading specialty retailer of workwear, work boots, and safety gear on the West Coast, today announced the appointment of Robert Berezansky as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 22, 2026.
Berezansky joins Work World with more than 15 years of financial and operational leadership experience across manufacturing, industrial, and growth-focused organizations. Most recently, he served as CFO of Paramount Extrusions, where he helped drive the company's growth strategy, acquisition initiatives, operational improvements, and profitability.
As CFO, Berezansky will lead Work World's finance organization and partner closely with executive leadership to support the company's continued growth, operational excellence, and long-term strategic objectives.
