The Chief of the Judiciary announced that the United States and Israel must be prosecuted in international tribunals and compelled to pay reparations for committing “war crimes” and inflicting damage on Iran.

Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei, during a meeting with a group of officials and heads of provincial justice departments, stated: “We will not let the aggressors go, and we will pursue their prosecution.”

Pointing to the processing of cases related to actions attributed to the U.S. and Israel, he added that final verdicts have already been issued in some of these cases.

In this regard, the Attorney General also announced the creation of numerous cases concerning what he termed the “crimes of the Zionist regime,” stating that these cases encompass matters such as the assassination of nuclear scientists. According to him, two special branches in the Tehran Prosecutor’s Office have been allocated to handle these files.

Hassan Abdolianpour, the head of the Judiciary’s Center for Lawyers, Official Experts, and Family Advisors, declared that more than 8,500 related cases have been reviewed, resulting in a compiled report spanning over 4,000 pages.
