Modular Medical launches Pivot tubeless insulin patch pump, marking first commercial rollout and real-world patient use.
Modular Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ:MODD) said its Pivot tubeless insulin patch pump is now commercially available in the U.S., marking its transition to a commercial-stage medical device company.
The launch also represents the beginning of real-world patient use of the company’s insulin delivery platform. The FDA approved the insulin pump in June.
