AI cloud CoreWeave has signed an agreement to lease capacity from Nordic data center firm Conapto in Sweden.Under the colocation agreement, CoreWeave will lease capacity from two campuses in Stockholm. Initial capacity is already online at the Stockholm 4 South site.CoreWeave will deploy both Nvidia Blackwell and Vera Rubin GPUs at the data centers, both connected by the Nvidia Quantum-X800 InfiniBand.“Sweden has been central to CoreWeave’s European strategy since our first continental investment,” said Sachin Jain, COO of CoreWeave. “Conapto’s local expertise and sustainable energy profile allows us to provide our customers what they need: urgent high-performance AI compute with the reliability and environmental credentials that enterprise AI deployments demand.”Håkan Björklund, CEO of Conapto, added: "CoreWeave is at the forefront of AI innovation, and we're proud to provide the resilient, high-density infrastructure needed to power their next phase of growth. Stockholm 4 South is the only confirmed site used by CoreWeave, and is Conapto's newest and largest data center. It has an IT capacity of 32MW across 3,000 sqm (32,29o sq ft) of data center floorspace.Power is provided via Vattenfall 24/7 matching.As of March 31, 2026, CoreWeave was operating in 49 data centers globally, with more than 1GW of active power and 3.5GW of contracted capacity.The Conapto agreement brings CoreWeave's European presence to eight sites. The company also has a presence in Sweden with local colocation provider EcoDataCenter.
