Now, Rom&nd is in Ulta and K-beauty products are on sale for Amazon Prime Day.As a shopping reporter in her fifth year covering Prime Day, someone who regularly tries out new skincare (and skincare tech), and someone whose algorithm is deeply locked into new Korean beauty releases, I feel uniquely qualified to call out some of the best deals from the sale. Plus, with one of South Korea's largest beauty retailers now in the U.S., there are more products than ever available — which can make sorting the duds from what actually works even more challenging.
This collection of deals in particular comes from my tried and true recommendations — products I have bought (and repurchased) with my own money. If you have acne-prone, oily/combination skin that can lean on the dehydrated side, this post is especially for you.That said, it's worth mentioning that there's no product that's a miracle balm for everyone, but I curated this list to include at least a few products with more universal appeal. Without further ado, here are my seven favorite K-beauty products on sale during Amazon Prime Day.The best mascaraThe best mascara I've ever used is under $10 currently, and I did repurchase my fifth tube during this sale. I have very straight lashes and oily eyelids, which isn't exactly a recipe for success with most mascaras. This one, however, holds my curled lashes ALL DAY, with very minimal smudging. It does, however, take an especially strong remover to get it off (but I can confirm a rec lower on this list will do the job).
