The Nigeria Democratic Congress is set to become the main opposition political party in the Edo State House of Assembly as members of the All Progressives Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party have defected to the party.
The Edo NDC Chairman, Babatunde Olukoga, in a letter to the Assembly, asked Speaker Blessing Agbebaku to acknowledge the defection of three members from their former political parties to the NDC.
