Inszone Insurance Services Acquires BenefitRiver, LLC, Expanding Employee Benefits Expertise in Montana and Colorado
Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national provider of commercial, personal, and benefits insurance, is pleased to announce the acquisition of BenefitRiver, LLC. This strategic acquisition enhances Inszone's footprint in Bozeman, Montana, and Golden, Colorado, while adding deep, specialized expertise in employee benefits to the organization.
Founded in 2008 by Craig Gilbert, BenefitRiver has spent the last 18 years providing dedicated, high-quality employee benefits solutions to its clients. As Craig looked toward his next chapter and a transition out of the industry, he sought a partner capable of providing a reliable, long-term home for his clients. To ensure continuity and maintain the high level of service clients expect, key team member Jen Bernier has transitioned to Inszone alongside the acquisition.
