A civic advocacy group, the Ondo Redemption Front (ORF), has called on Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, to provide full details of the proposed flyover project in Akure and account for the utilisation of state resources amid growing concerns over governance and development priorities.
Addressing journalists in Lagos State, the Chairman of the group, Ayodeji Ologun, said the demand was driven by the need to promote transparency, accountability and responsible governance in the state.
According to Ologun, despite significant increases in federal allocations and internally generated revenue, many residents have yet to experience meaningful improvements in critical sectors such as healthcare, education, infrastructure and security.
