RIYADH: The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) has announced the details of its second children’s festival, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Tuesday.
More than 73 events including interactive workshops, performances, storytelling sessions and art exhibits will make up the cultural center’s festival.
Ithra, a Saudi Aramco initiative, aims to foster children’s curiosity with its activities and promote cultural engagement with the festival.
This year’s events are themed around the concept of home, with children discovering how homes are designed through interactive experiences.
A workshop titled “The Art of Kinusaiga” will allow children and families to explore this concept through traditional Japanese fabric crafting.
