Initially launched through on-demand delivery partnerships with restaurants and various local businesses, the company is now positioning itself as an integrated urban logistics player designed to address the persistent challenges facing African cities, including service fragmentation, unpredictable traffic conditions, and urban logistics inefficiencies.
The platform brings together on-demand delivery, ride-hailing, and mobile payments, including Orange Money and MTN MoMo, into a unified experience built around the infrastructure realities of African cities: often imprecise addressing systems, unpredictable traffic, and the coexistence of cash and mobile money payments. The company also offers localized service layers, including women-focused ride options designed around trust and safety considerations specific to certain operating environments. The platform further integrates KOMER KREDITS, a loyalty program designed to strengthen long-term retention across both mobility and delivery services.
