MANILA, Philippines — The former driver of Henry Alcantara, ex-Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) district engineer in Bulacan, on Tuesday said he delivered boxes that he suspected to contain cash to two former lawmakers.

Edrick San Diego, former driver in DPWH Bulacan, made the revelation as he took the witness stand at the Sandiganbayan Fourth Division trial for the graft case against former Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. and his co-accused in connection with an alleged P92.8-million “ghost” project in Pandi, Bulacan.

Fourth Division Chairperson Associate Justice Frederick Musngi asked San Diego if he delivered boxes for other personalities aside from former DPWH Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo.
