Dubai launches Flexi Rent initiative to allow tenants to pay annual rents through instalment plans, easing financial pressure.
The programme is led by Dubai Land Department in partnership with twelve real estate firms, including Deyaar, Wasl and others.
Flexible options include divided instalments, redesigned payment schedules and grace periods to support affordability amid rising living costs.
In specific cases, annual rent increases may be waived under the scheme to further relieve tenant burdens.
