Over the past day, 221 combat clashes were recorded between Ukraine's Defense Forces and Russian troops, with the highest number in the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian defenders stopped 28 enemy attacks.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a Facebook update on the situation as of 08:00 on Tuesday, June 23.
The enemy carried out 80 airstrikes, dropping 261 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it used 9,591 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,957 strikes on settlements and positions of Ukrainian troops, including 42 with multiple launch rocket systems.
Air Force, missile troops, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 11 areas of concentration of manpower, four artillery systems, and three Russian drone control posts.
