INFRACAP MLP ETF (NYSE ARCA: AMZA) TAX UPDATE

InfraCap MLP ETF (NYSE Arca: AMZA or the “Fund”) has modified the estimate of its deferred tax liability based on the information reported by the Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs) and recorded a reduction to the tax accrual of approximately $2.0 million (approximately $0.21 per share), which will increase the net asset value of the Fund on June 22, 2026. As part of the tax accrual adjustment, the Fund’s deferred tax liability has decreased primarily due to tax reporting received from the underlying investments.
