Watchdog says the publisher promotes sanctioned Kremlin-linked authors and historical revisionism.
Conspiracy publishing house Torden has been added back to the list of problematic websites maintained by the Konspiratori.sk project.
The civic association behind the project has won a constitutional complaint against an interim injunction that Torden obtained from the Bratislava Regional Court in August 2023.
"The Constitutional Court made it clear that the Regional Court failed to strike the proper balance between Torden's right to protect its reputation and Konspiratori.sk's right to freedom of expression and the free dissemination of information," explains the association's lawyer Tomáš Kamenec from the law firm Paul Q.
The Constitutional Court relied on the case law of the European Court of Human Rights, as well as on the thorough expert assessments that Konspiratori.sk uses to justify adding individual problematic websites to what has become known as its “wall of shame”.
