Corcoran & Co. launched leasing last week at Dexter Street Commons, a new construction 150-home apartment community with ground floor retail in the Conant Thread District of Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Built by New England Construction, the 5-story property will be managed by John M. Corcoran & Co. and expects to start move-ins late August.

Dexter Street Commons features spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units accessed via two lobby elevators.
