On Tuesday, June 23, moderate short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected across most of Ukraine, except for the northern and northeastern regions. Some areas may also experience hail and strong wind gusts.
According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center stated this on Facebook.
"Partly cloudy skies are expected. At night, isolated light showers are possible in the northern part of the country, while the rest of Ukraine will remain dry. During the day, moderate short-term rain and thunderstorms are forecast across Ukraine, except in the north and northeast. In some areas, hail and wind squalls of 15-20 m/s are possible, while parts of Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia may see heavy rainfall," the post read.
Winds will be predominantly northwesterly at 7-12 m/s.
