A judge on Monday dismissed a motion by Tyler Robinson’s attorneys to subpoena his former romantic partner to testify in-person in court next month.
Lance Twiggs was living with Robinson when Charlie Kirk was killed last year.
Judge denies subpoena to have Robinson's former partner testify in person; prosecutors will use her recorded confession that Robinson admitted killing Charlie Kirk and concealing evidence. The ruling strengthens the prosecution case and preserves the death penalty option upon conviction.
