Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin stated on Monday that 70 drones heading toward the Russian capital had allegedly been shot down.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Russian service of the BBC.
According to Sobyanin, by the morning of Monday, June 22, 70 drones flying toward Moscow had allegedly been shot down.
It is noted that in all cases, the report included the statement that “emergency service specialists are working at the crash sites.” At the same time, the mayor of Moscow did not report any possible damage or casualties resulting from the attack.
Earlier on Monday, it was reported that on Sobyanin’s Telegram channel, 11 posts about the alleged shooting down of UAVs heading toward Moscow were published in just over an hour, starting at midnight GMT (2:00 a.m. Kyiv time).
