The central part of Odesa is without power due to an emergency at the thermal power plant.
According to Ukrinform, the Odesa City Council reported this on Telegram.
“As a result of an emergency at the Odesa Thermal Power Plant, customers in the city center, as well as several transport companies, have been left without power,” the statement reads.
It is noted that utility workers are trying to restore power. The estimated time for completion of the work is by the end of the day.
