President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Belarusian authorities have not yet responded to Ukraine’s demand to dismantle signal repeaters that Russian forces are using to coordinate strikes against Ukrainian territory.

Speaking in an interview with 1+1 TV channel, Zelensky was asked whether Belarus had reacted to the demand.

“I have received no response,” he said.

According to the President, Kyiv sent several non-public messages to Minsk before raising the issue publicly.

“I explained this through our intelligence services, the Security Service, and other channels. We have contacts at various levels. I explained to him [Alexander Lukashenko]: ‘Show us concrete steps.’ Step number one: no technical support. If there is direct support through signal repeaters, switch them off, remove them, and show us that they have been removed. Then the issue is closed,” Zelensky said.
