GoPro’s Hero 13 Black retails for $349. The DJI Osmo Action 4 Essential combo just dropped to $169, off its $199 typical price and at its record low on Amazon, making it the number one best seller in sports and action cameras at less than half the price of its most obvious rival. This deal is open to all Amazon customers with no Prime membership required.

1/1.3-inch sensor, 4K/120fps, 155° field of view
The Osmo Action 4 runs a 1/1.3-inch sensor with 2.4μm pixel size, which is significantly larger than the sensors found in most action cameras at this price point and directly responsible for the low-light performance that DJI leads with. Larger pixels capture more light per photosite, which translates to cleaner footage in dawn, dusk, and indoor conditions where smaller sensors produce grainy, noisy results. Auto white balance adjusts continuously for true-to-life color even underwater, where artificial light sources create significant color shift that fixed white balance settings cannot compensate for.
4K at 120fps opens up slow-motion at full resolution rather than requiring a drop to 1080p for high frame rate capture, and the 155° ultra-wide field of view covers the full peripheral sweep of action sports, motorcycle riding, and FPV footage without requiring an add-on lens. Three stabilization modes handle the shaking, bumping, and vibration that action footage introduces, and the magnetic quick-release system switches between mounts and shooting angles in seconds without tools.
