The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested an 84-year-old and a 75-year-old grandfathers for allegedly selling illicit drugs to teenage secondary school students in Umuahia, Abia.
This is contained in a statement by Director, Media and Advocacy, NDLEA, Mr Femi Babafemi, on Sunday in Abuja.
Babafemi said that the first suspect was arrested by NDLEA operatives on Friday, following credible intelligence that he was selling illicit substances to young students.
He said the suspect was also selling to others at his patent medicine store at 4 Club Road, Umuahia.
