Last year, Donovan Dent was the big transfer addition from the portal, but he underperformed, going from 20 points on 50/40 shooting splits to 13 points on 40/25 shooting splits. Cronin brought in Jaylen Petty from Texas Tech, Azavier Robinson from Butler, Filip Jovic from Auburn, and Sergej Macura from Mississippi State.
